This is why we have now have customised personal "one time programs" for all of you dancers who wants to go after your goals.

We have created 3 standard options for you based on our experience. All depending on your goals, and we will provide you with a detailed and customised plan on HOW you can use your program no matter if you are located at home or going to the gym. All so you can reach your goals in TOP SPEED, no matter situation!

FATLOSS

This will give you the perfect workout program for Fatloss. You will also get a guide for how you should set up your macros inside of "MyFitnessPal". 

MUSCLE BUILDING

You have two options here. 
With or without gym access. This, combined with the right nutrition intake and a guide on how to stay flexible for a functional dancers body

TONE PROGRAM

This option gives you a Muscle gain and Fatloss combination. If you want to "tone" this is the option for you

NUTRITION PLAN

Get a day by day meal plan, made after your unique goals. We will map out everything for you! Our goal here is for you to ultimately learn how to do this yourself and along the way of course, find some inspiration and good recipes from your new day-by-day meal plan
