Role
As a Lead Generator your role will be to interact with potential leads via social media to encourage and direct them into getting on a phone call with the sales team.


Responsibilities
Engaging with potential leads on all forms of social media daily as per current lead strategy.
This will include reaching out via Facebook or Instagram, with a minimum of 15 messages per hour.

Organising your work and leads via spreadsheet for ease of tracking - how many contacted, how many interested, how many booked, how many hours worked, etc. 

Scheduling calls for interested leads to sign up for one of our programs.
This includes actively maintaining use of our CRM system, leading conversations into calls and responding to lead-based questions.

Following up with leads daily including via DMs, group messages, likes, comments, etc..

Attending all scheduled team meetings to go over daily and weekly results, checking in with the team, and collaborating on new ways to generate potential lead conversion.

Coordinating with the sales team to ensure calls are all scheduled properly and assisting in rescheduling as needed.

Researching new and effective ways to generate lead conversion, collaborating with leadership on new strategies, and spearheading new lead strategies to test stronger lead conversion.

Staying up to date on offers, programs as well as BFAS and our coaches social media (stories, posts, mentions etc).

Results
Consistent lead conversion into new calls that leads to new clients(students).

Requirements
Must have flexible availability to work on weekends, evenings, and mornings.

Must be self-sufficient and able to properly manage one’s own time.

Must be actively engaged with the team and motivated to grow with the company.

Must have experience with social media communication (2-3 year minimum).

Must have experience with sales techniques (1 year minimum).

Excellent communication and rapport building skills.

Proficiency with various digital tools and software to proof assets and track projects, such as Google Docs, ClickUp, Slack, Zoom and other applications.

A strong sense of ownership and work smarter not harder mentality. 

Someone who is not afraid to voice their ideas and bring new views to the table to help grow and further sophisticate the brand.
